John Gallop – Managing Director, Mineworks Group | MAICD

John Gallop’s entrepreneurial spirit, his extensive industry experience and trade qualifications were the impetus to establish Mineworks in 2001. Since then, John has developed the organization to become what it is today, Mineworks Group. John firmly believes in Mineworks’ ability to support the mining industry in all areas – and is adamant that it can only be done with consistent high quality client service.

Adrian Hughes – Group Sales and Marketing Manager

Adrian Hughes joined the Mineworks Group at the start of 2009. Bringing with him an extensive amount of experience, technical knowledge and field experience. Adrian began as a field technician, moved into a supervisors role until moving forward and becoming an area sales manager. Now, as a BDM, Adrian has joined a fantastic team to ensure continued business growth and development.

Paul McKenna – Group Operations Manager

Paul McKenna’s proficiency in a wide range of electrical services has been built up over 10 years of service to the mining industry. Paul’s skills are matched by his energy and dedication to developing the best solutions for his customers.

 

Dani Tamati – Group Human Resources Manager

Dani commenced with Mineworks Group in early 2011 having relocated to Perth after 14 years in the Pilbara. During that time Dani worked for several recruitment companies as a Consultant, Branch Manager and later Area Manager.
With a strong commercial acumen and a passion in OHS Dani leads, manages and co-ordinates a team of dedicated professionals in all areas of Human Resources and Recruitment. This includes maintaining awareness of and compliance with local and national employee and industrial relations requirements, staff development and training, managing and aligning OHS and business systems within the Group as well as the introduction of new policies.
Maintaining excellent relationships with Clients and Candidates alike are imperative to the success of Mineworks Group, and the Human Resources Team demonstrates this every day, recognising that the commitment and satisfaction of our staff are the Company’s strength and its most valued asset.

Sharon Brown – Accounts Manager

Sharon Brown’s enthusiasm, combined with her wealth of experience in financial and business management is providing a sound economic base for the continued growth of Mineworks.
